No way, they are going on the car. She's already WAY past stock... MS exhaust, CAI, front aero flares, rear splash-guards, SS strakes, SS, new wheels, wider tires....and a few more minor mods...
I'm not hesitant out of choice, just still broke post-divorce and trying to work out all the attendant expenses. Working some side-jobs to try and make a dent in it all. No time for fun stuff in the garage. No free weekends unless it's after dark, and then I'm cutting into sleep time. Not a spring chicken anymore.
No paint fading at all, lol. You have to expose your car to sunlight in order for paint to fade. The garage is quite dark. Especialy under a car-cover.
I maintain that I'll be the subject of "Gran Torino 2: JT's 8".
